Mad Max meets the sage from the Kungfu movie. The Book of Eli ticks all the boxes. Great action and intriquing storyline. Keeps on the edge of your seat the whole movie.

Meet Denzel aka Mad Max persona that roams the world looking for hope and who knows what.

He is one swift fighter and survives attack after attack. Action Action.

The world has basically been destroyed and most people are dead. Those that are left are younger, and they consider Eli old. He was alive before the disaster and can read and knows what music is. A world wear people have too much, and don't where to throw broken things. Here in the world now all things are fought to the death to obtain.

Water is the most precious commodity.

Everyday he reads from a leather bound book. That turns out to be the bible. The main bad guy in the film Gary Oldman also wants this book. He says with this book he will have the right words to get people to do what ever he wants, so he can rule.

Eli is like a prophet on a mysterious journey to the West. Turns out to be San Francisco Alcatraz prison.

I loved this film and would rate it a must see. For adults only the kids must stay home for this one.
